As the name implies this is a session for a small group of no more than 6 people. We run them as 3 x 1 hour relaxed sessions over a 3 week period (usually week-ends or evenings) and they are a very gentle introduction to the following essential life topics:

* Session 1 - Learning to relax

  • Understanding stressors and learning how to relax. We'll cover some simple techniques, you'll learn self-hypnosis and even get a recording to use at home.

* Session 2 -Goal achievement

  • We'll cover how to identify, set and achieve your REAL goals, and look at performance improvement in general.
    You'll receive a simple worksheet to get you started!

* Session 3 -Dealing with stress

  • One of the biggest causes of work absence in the UK, stress can have a long term health impact. We'll look into stress in more detail, what causes it, why a little stress can be good, and why sustained stress is bad. We'll cover coping strategies and build upon the relaxation techniques we covered in session 1

Chris and Nick run the sessions together, so you'll benefit from personal attention, along with some useful handouts and a self-hypnosis recording, we're sure you'll find the course fee of £60 well worth the investment in your future.
